P1harmony Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the p1harmony platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the p1harmony platform in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the p1harmony platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register and use the p1harmony platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your place of residence;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from using online gambling services;
- Register with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on p1harmony. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. p1harmony reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that takes place under their account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the p1harmony support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the p1harmony platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or exploit the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system;
- Using another person's account or sharing an account;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content under Malaysian law.
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on the p1harmony platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). p1harmony supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, and CIMB. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. p1harmony is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or banking service disruptions. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. p1harmony reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Any suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.
Note: p1harmony reserves the right to freeze transactions or accounts suspected of involvement in fraud or money laundering, and will report to the relevant authorities where required under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
P1harmony reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
- Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity detected;
- Multiple account registration;
- Providing false information during registration;
- User's own request to close the account.
The p1harmony platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, p1harmony shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. p1harmony does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the p1harmony platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of p1harmony or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The p1harmony platform may contain links or references to third-party services. p1harmony is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
P1harmony reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
